If you have access to the TV remote: 
  • Note which HDMI port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2 or HDMI 3) your media player is plugged into.
  • Press the Input, Source, or AV button on your TV's remote.
  • Cycle through the available inputs (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) until you find the one with the picture.
  • Make sure that whichever the HDMI is plugged into that it matches the HDMI port the media player is plugged into.
Then check out the HDMI cables:
  • Make sure HDMI cables are securely plugged in on to the media player and the TV
  • Unplug and replug them firmly.
Check the HDMI cables are connected:
  • Make sure the media player is powered on.
  • Look for lights to confirm it’s working
